It’s only now that I’ve come to realize the importance of having a credit card. I’ve gotten a lot of offers from telemarketers already and sometimes I just find them annoying. So this credit card comparison table is a welcome treat for all of us. Here, we will be able to compare and study credit cards more effectively, without someone harassing us. I really hate most telemarketers, but I do understand too that it’s their job.
Anyway, let’s go back to the topic of owning a credit card. I think everyone should have one, well at least for emergency purposes. It’s not all the time that cash is available. There are a lot of unexpected what ifs, so we better be ready for those what ifs, right? Now if you want to pick which credit card suits your needs, take a look at the table first, because there you will find the different offers and rewards made by the credit card companies.

Before Vee day this is what I told him: Sweet don’t give me flowers, instead just convert it to cash because I want a white watch ^_^. I know I’m being funny here, but this is what I love, I can now tell anything to my ex-bf now turned husband. When I opened my drawer yesterday morning, I saw an envelope, I was like wtf is this? Yes he heard me when I said that. When I opened the envelope, wow cash with a note saying “Happy Valentine’s Day”. I didn’t expect flowers from him today, but when he got home he had flowers for me. Yeah I’m a BRAT sometimes, but only when I get away with it, which is very seldom. Let’s just put it this way, I know when to become a BRAT! Geddit? beh!
Take a close look of the biggie white watch here.

A VEE day tag by Cuz. That’s her in the picture with me =)
START COPY HERE
Here are the rules:
1. Post YOUR photo wearing red, may it be a red top, bottom, the least would be red accessories if you hate wearing red… If you can’t find one, you still have an option…. Either post your Significant Other’s photo or your child’s photo, if you have one. Of course, they should be wearing red.
2. Let us know the reason why you were wearing red that particular day. Was it your birthday? Is red your fave color or was it the shirt that you first saw in your closet that day?
3. Tag 3 people close to your heart. By the way, they have to be in your blogroll. No cheating heart pleaseeeeeeee!
4. Once you’re tagged, could we please keep it going - just for this month?
END HERE
I’m fond of red but not when it comes to clothing. I think that’s the only red top I have and I have worn it once, only on that day which was my 41st birthday. I had another top in mind to wear on that day, but since The Chairman insisted that I wear red, I did. She says it’s lucky.
Okie no cheating…I’m tagging the following favorites:
KC, Rhada, Thess.
Happy Hearts Day Everyone!

Have you ever wondered what it’s like when you’re already old and grey? It’s fun to plan or think about it as early as now. This is usually our topic whenever we chill out at Tagaytay. The hubs would always share with me how he likes it to be when we are already senior citizens. I would always kid him that I am a city girl for life and I wouldn’t be able to stand the peace and quiet that he wants. But now that I’ve come across real estate Branson properties, I think I am changing my mind. Who wouldn’t want to spend it in this kind of environment? For me it’s a haven and there’s so much to do. All we need is this kind of place, to relax, away from the hustle and bustle of what we are accustomed to. It would be fun and memorable having to invite the kids and the grandchildren to spend their weekends with us. Ahhhh life!

This is how I look now. Yep two trips to the salon in a week! Actually I was really planning to have this style the first time I went to the salon. But the stylist told me that it was too short. Maybe he just couldn’t tell me straight that the style/cut does not fit the frame of my face. Oh well! But I couldn’t sleep at night. Yep I’m like that, whenever I like something and I don’t get it, I dream of it. Plus the hubby who is bugging me that shorter hair fits me. Ok fine, deserves another trip to the salon. So there, I finally got the cut/style that I really wanted. It’s wash and wear, I can leave the house anytime without blowdrying or ironing. But of course it would look better if I ironed it.
**Ish likes it shorter, will have to hear from Josh, we fought last night so I guess he didn’t notice it**

It’s really very important to bring someone who is hooked into prohibited drugs to a Drug Treatment Center. I know this is not an easy decision to make, since it will involve physical separation. But then if this will help overcome their addiction to drugs, we don’t have other choice but to give consent. Addiction to drugs should not be taken for granted. There are a lot of scary things an addict is capable of doing since they are not in their right sense of mind. If you notice, a number of crimes are committed by these drug addicts since they don’t know what they are doing. Others resort to stealing, or even killing just to be able to satisfy the urge. So before any of these things happen and before it is too late, let us consider bringing someone we know who is into the use of prohibited drugs to a rehabilitation center.
Let me share with you a Drug Treatment Center I’ve come across lately. They offer programs that will satisfy your every need. The nice thing about it is they see and treat you as an individual and not some addict. This brings back the dignity in you. They have a variety of drug addiction treatments that focuses on healing the different aspects of your addiction. Their rehabilitation center is designed to give special attention during the most difficult times. By the way, this center not only treats persons with serious addiction to prohibited drugs. Please go and visit their website and know more about their different treatment programs.

Hello? Can you explain that? How ironic right? Oh well! The plan that I got from my web host is apt for small businesses and home offices. Now they advised me to upgrade my plan which I just did. I picked the one apt for corporations and enterprises which I’m even not. Boo! Talk about having a PR 0! As it is, I’ve exceeded my bandwidth for the month of January, and it’s only the 22nd.
Oh, I’d like to thank CutiePatootie for sending me an E, informing me about the status of my website. I was out the whole day again, and just got back at around four in the afternoon. Good thing the tech support guys of my web host are still online. I requested them to bring back my website right away, which they did. I promised to pay them first thing tomorrow morning. See? it’s really nice to have a reliable and caring web host ^_^

I was renewing a business permit at the Manila City Hall yesterday. They have a new requirement, although it was suppose to be implemented in 2001. It’s just that they were not really that strict. But since there is a new Mayor for the City of Manila, they are trying to implement it now. Business Permits will not be released without the SSS Clearance. I was like oly guacamole! I misplaced N’s SSS id, and despite the fact that I looked for it left and right, I just can’t find it. So from Manila I went straight to SSS del Monte Branch. I was given a phone number to call to inquire about the number. When I called, it was automated, looking for the 10 digit number. What? I tried the web, just the same it required the number. So today after bringing my Mom to GSIS, I went back to SSS. The guy at the counter was really accommodating, to think it was lunch break. I was just asking him whether or not they will accommodate my request, because if not, I will not waste my time waiting for my number to be called. Right there, he keyed in N’s full name and birthday…wee I was able to get his number. Case solved. On Friday, I will be able to get the business permit. God is really good, He never leaves nor forsakes the faithful.

It’s gonna be a hectic and toxic week for me. So pardon me peeps me I haven’t been visiting you. January is really a month of going to this and that, fixing this and that, paying this and that. Good if you can accomplish it all in one day, but NAH. They keep telling you to come back for it. Oh well I am used to it already and I know how to handle it. Good thing the places that I go to have restaurants or malls around them, go figure, bleh. Yesterday I bought some “chismis” (gossip) magazines to entertain myself while waiting for my name to be called. See it’s the company that you choose to drive the boredom while waiting.

Oh man! I totally forgot that my web host was doing an upgrade despite the fact that they sent me an e-mail. I made 3 entries in my blog last night and it’s all gone! Now my problem is, 2 of it were sponsored posts. What will I do now? I did not save a copy of it, nor did I make a back up of my entire blog. I hope those two advertisers will give me a chance to resubmit it but under a different exact url. Arrrggghhh, how can I be so forgetful nowadays?

I think everyone has gone overboard with spending because of the holidays. We really cannot help but spend during this season. For one there are presents to be given away, what’s Christmas without gifts? I know what you are thinking, but as I’ve said it’s a must to give out presents, at least for me. Then there’s the celebration, even though how small it is, there’s still money involved. So we end up short on our budget. I don’t want to go pestering friends and relatives to lend me money, as I understand that they too have spent so much during the holidays. Plus the fact that I am really ashamed to go to them to borrow money. If you are in this kind of situation and do not like to bother other people (read: relatives and friends), then you have to avail of these payday loans. This will save you the embarrassment of borrowing money from friends and loved ones. It’s actually very easy to apply and would you believe in most cases one does not need to fax documents. Applying and qualifying for this type of loan is quite easy. All you need to do is complete the online application form, after which their representative will contact you. You need not wait for days for them to call you, but expect a call within minutes you press the submit button. Once approved, the money will be deposited to your bank account. They also offer flexible payment options. Isn’t that great? For unexpected expenses, this is the best alternative. Would you rather issue a check and pay for bounced-check fees and other penalties?

I finally bought the one in the middle, the violet one. Remember I bought a black one sometime last month? I have my reason of buying another one (ahem! excuses!) I really have a hard time navigating having two different brands of phone. I am now very slow in sending sms using my sony ericsson, most of the time I have errors pressing the wrong key and in the end I get all my message erased, grrrrr! Now I’m enjoying both phones, I can now send messages without having to look what to press ^_^. I don’t know why I’m fascinated with flip phones, it has been my long time dream to own 2 flip phones. And since I am good this year, I was able to fulfill that dream.

I was down with a flu yesterday. Remember I was telling you guys that I can’t afford to be sick coz I had work? I tried waking up early to prepare for work but then I couldn’t move. Every time I tried to move, my whole body was in pain. I told N that I couldn’t help him with the coverage, because if I force myself to work, then I know I will be down and will be spending New Year in bed which I don’t really like. I slept the whole day yesterday, waking up only to have lunch and dinner. I tried to work a bit, just to meet some deadlines but I was able to do only one. It’s probably because of the medicines I took, it made me sleepy. I’m up and about, in fact I was able to go out awhile back to order california maki to be brought to the reunion tomorrow. I don’t wanna stress out myself from cooking, I might get a relapse. I can’t afford to get sick, classes will resume on the 7th and nobody will take care of the kids’ food.

Despite the fact that I am sick, I still went out with one of my angel to do some more last minute shopping. I still have not gotten presents for my side of the family. We are going to have a big reunion on New Year’s Day at my aunt’s place. This big reunion happens only once a year and I’m looking forward to spend some bonding time with my family. All my dad’s relatives who live in Manila will be there.
We will be spending New Year’s Eve at my in-laws. This will be the first ever since we moved out in 1996. We are also looking forward to this. It will be fun spending New Year’s Eve with my FIL and MIL . I hope to get my camera before New Year’s Eve so that I can snap away and share some photos with you.
I hope to feel better tomorrow, I miss my “work”. We have a wedding coverage which I always look forward to.

We need to laugh and relax once in a while. Do you know what I do in between posting in my blogs? I go to this website where I can find lots and lots of jokes. I always end up having a tummy ache from laughing. I also need to know a lot of funny jokes, so that I will always have one ready in case it’s my turn to share a joke in the family. We always crack funny jokes during mealtime, so it’s better to be equipped with one or two. I hope my kids will not find out that I’m getting the jokes in this website.

See that cute Christmas decor hanging on the door? I was supposed to buy that in Dapitan, but the owner of the store did not agree with my price. He was selling it for 550 pesos, and I was asking him to give it to me at 400 pesos. Even if I liked it so much, since he didn’t like to give me a discount, I went home empty handed. I was like thinking of it every night, short of dreaming. When we went to Mall of Asia on my son’s birthday, I saw it again. When I asked for the price, the girl said it was 300 pesos. If you know me (a cheapskate), I again asked for a discount. At first she didn’t want to give me one, but when I told her that I will be getting 2, she gave it to me at 250 pesos each. Lucky day indeed! I was really very very happy. Now I know, not everything you find in Dapitan is cheaper, some people can really take advantage.

I’d like to remain beautiful in this lifetime! I think we all say that. Nobody wants to be ugly. Quite sad but I don’t think everyone is blessed with that. We have been trying out different products and procedures just to be able to remain beautiful physically. Ah, no wonder quite a lot of women I know undergo procedures. Here is a website that can help you maintain that youthful glow. It’s a medical spa in Atlanta that has the latest state of the art technology to revitalize your skin, add fullness and definition to your lips and face and a lot more. When I saw that add fullness and definition to lips, I was like whoa this is what I want. I’ve been trying really hard to add fullness to my lips by putting a gloss that has a sting on it ^_^. Visit the website to find our more about the procedures that can help you remain beautiful.

Yes that is the reason why for 2 straight nights, I’ve been sleeping at almost 3 in the morning. I couldn’t do it daytime if you ask, how can I when I have been going back and forth to 168 Mall. I dunno but I’m quite OC when it comes to wrapping gifts. I want it uniform and if possible the creases should be in the right places. Yeah I can work at the gift wrapping section of the Department Stores. I know what you’re thinking. I’m not slow, bleh, it’s just that I was really multi-tasking that time I was wrapping the presents. Do you wanna know why I ended up sleeping at 3 in the morning? Blogging-Daily Reads-Wrapping

See the pic? That is the reason why I keep coming back to 168 Mall in Divisoria. I can’t seem to buy it all because the kids’ list keep on growing each day. I do hope that yesterday’s trip will be the last. I really get tired going there every now and then. Traffic is terrible plus the fact that seems like everyone else is there. And why not, the prices are really way down below what you can find in the malls or even at the Greenhills Tiangge. Sometimes I really avoid asking how much it costs, because I would feel stupid once again. But I’ve learned my lesson already, and I know where to buy the items that I really like. One time N accompanied me, and he wants to go back again. Probably we’ll do it after the holiday madness. It will give us more time to look around and find more good deals.

I may have missed a lot of opportunities because I got suspended by 3P, but countless blessings have still been pouring in. I got a direct offer worth more than what I may have done for 3P in my two weeks suspension and with that I am very grateful. I have been tested as well. From time to time I see offers from other networks that is soooo tempting that part of me wants to grab it, but I have kept myself from doing so, because I promised myself not to write anything about their products and services. I’ve learned a lot with the suspension I got and I’m pretty much happy that it happened. Of course I felt sad the first time I learned about it, but little by little I was able to accept it and realized a lot of things. My 2 week suspension is about to end, and yay for that!

I had the time early this week to go to The House of Obagi at Trinoma. I want to consult the dermatologist first before using Obagi. She noticed the skin around the lip area. She asked me what type of toothpaste I am using. When she found out, she said I might be allergic to one of the common components of the toothpaste. So she recommended me to use VMV Hypoallergenic toothpaste. I have to observe though, if toothpaste is the cause of this peri-oral contact dermatitis. If you noticed in my pictures, there’s always those stubborn unsightly zits, around my lip area.

There are so many causes of erectile dysfunction or what you call male impotence. It’s only now that I discovered or learned about it. The causes of impotence can either be physiological or psychological. I also found out that damage to the nerves, arteries, smooth muscles and fibrous tissues brought about by certain diseases like diabetes, kidney disease, vascular disease and neurologic disease can cause impotence. And here’s more, smoking, excessive drinking of alcohol, and being overweight can also cause impotence. This can actually be medically treated or psychologically treated. One of the treatments can be taken orally like viagra. It was FDA approved sometime in 1998, and since then it has been the most popular “cure” for so called impotence. I’ve heard that it is very expensive, and only a few people can actually afford to buy one. I’ve heard too, that nowadays there are herbal alternatives which is more affordable. At have.co.uk, they call it the blue pill which has actually the same effect as viagra but having a more reasonable price. Many say that taking the herbal alternative brings no side effects at all. And they even say that it is actually more effective. Honestly, I really don’t despise men who find ways on how to treat their impotence. If they consider to buy viagra, well and good. I salute you for being honest. Let’s face it, sexual activity is part of a marriage.

Hey lookey! I bought something swirly at the Souk over at Serendra. Isn’t it a beauty? I had to borrow money from Ish, because I couldn’t find an atm machine nor do they honor EPS (bpi’s express payment system). Don’t laugh if I tell you how much it is. Or don’t let those eyebrows rise to high heavens muttering to self “Gosh she does not have 200 bucks in her wallet? Yes, I do not have 200 bucks and I am broke! But I can’t let this opportunity pass, I just have to have it.
**How do you like the new look of this blog…all for the spirit of Christmas.**

Remember this entry? I was short of jumping with joy when I got a big discount from the shop in Greenhills where I bought it. And what do you know? Golly I found it in one of the shops in 168 Mall at Divisoria for only 500php. I felt really bad even if I got a huge discount. So if you guys want to have that pretty candle holder, go to 168 Mall. It’s located at the 2nd floor, right beside the escalator on your left side. There are a lot more items you can find there.

I know I’m weird, but did you know that part of my wish list is to have a tattoo? I’ve been convincing N to allow me to have one ^_^. I think my convincing power is not working on him just yet, and I have to work double time on it before it’s too late. Haha, you know what I mean. I’ve picked designs that I liked already, and one of it can be found in these selection of Star Tattoos . It’s kinda subtle, something simple, so I think if I’ll show it to N he will give his go signal after all.
