Jet came home for a vacation and of course I have to meet her. Yeah, it’s our first time to see each other. We’ve been keeping in touch via our blogs, and sometimes I chat with her over at Y!M. Initially we were to meet at Mall of Asia, but Cuz suggested that we meet her at the airport, since she has a connecting flight to San Francisco. Jet is such a sweet girl and I like her, she’s quite shy though compared to my being a chatterbox, LOL. Too bad we didn’t have much time to talk, when you come back in 2010 Jet, I’ll make sure that I will bring you and your BigBear to Claw Daddy’s, ok? Thanks so much for the “pasalubong”.

I didn’t know she was coming home. I haven’t been visiting blogs lately because of my busy schedule. I just got a text message from Cuz that Amy is here on holiday and she wants to see us. I thought I wouldn’t be able to make it, coz I was “home alone” for a day. The other helper had an emergency thingie going on, while the nanny had to stay in school to oversee the kids. Good thing the helper arrived, so off I drove to Bonifacio High Street and had lunch with them at ClawDaddy’s.

Soy - if not for her leaving a comment on my other blog, i wouldn’t have known her. i enjoy reading her posts as much as i enjoy her visits to my blog too, thanks Soy.
Rach - I learn something new whenever I visit her blog. I love her writing style. Rach is such a warm person, you can feel it in the comments she leaves in your blogs.
KC - I love her to bits, we have a lot of things in common. I really miss reading her posts, but I understand since they just relocated to a new place, plus the arrival of baby JC. She’s my “twit buddy”.

I’d like to thank KC, Ryan and Chantelle for the present they sent us. It came all the way from England where they used to stay. I really love the smell of the perfume Kri, N even says that the scent fits me to a T. Ish loves her J Lo too, and she’s bringing it with her anywhere she goes. Oh she says thank you too, I always forget to give her your email addy.

It’s so nice to know that a blogger who has not seen you personally consider you as one of their friends. I’m so blessed to have a friend in you too, Thess and Lizeth .
KC is sooo special to me, and I can always tell her “I’ve got a friend in you!” I hope to get to see and finally meet her in person come 2008. Hope their plans of visiting the Philippines will push thru. I’m already excited Ks!

I’ve seen a lot of successful marriages who met their respective spouses in online dating sites. In fact I have a cousin who met her husband online and they are now happily married. I have some friends too who are in the same situation, and I am just happy for them.
Now I know a lot of girls who are into this thing called free dating. It’s an online community where you can meet wonderful people. All you need to do is sign up, choose the persons you want to have a free live chat. Not only that, friendstation.com has free phone chat too. Get to know the person more, who knows you can find your partners and have successful marriages too, just like my cousin and some friends.

Look what I got in the mail this morning! It’s a postcard from Thess who is currently enjoying her vacation in Thailand. Thank you very much Thess, it means a lot to be remembered by someone who is having the time of her life. This is very timely, thank you! Everyone is this household is addicted to chats, almost going online on yahoo messenger 24/7. We all know that these profile sites are often the target and it’s just scary. This is what we really need right now, MyspaceShield. Having this software installed in your computer lets you monitor all activities once you login to MySpace, it monitors chat conversations from AOL, MSN and Yahoo too. This will be a great help since we do not really have time to monitor all the internet activities of our children. I won’t mind spending $19.95 if it means less worries whenever my kids go online. This will put a stop to frauds normally happening online. With this software installed, internet users will be doubly aware and will have second thoughts of giving out personal information. I received this very beautiful present from an online friend all the way from Singapore. I’ve known her (online) the very first time when I started blogging. I sooo liked the templates she did that I just had to e-mail her and thank her. It’s the very first template I used. She was kind to have responded to that email and since then we became friends. We exchange emails once in a while, and she never fails to share all the beautiful photos of her and the family especially her lil one. Too bad I didn’t know her yet when I went to visit Singapore in 2004. We were there in February and I started blogging in July of the same year. Hopefully I will get to see her sometime as I love Singapore. Thank you so much for your wonderful friendship and the trust GIRL!
