Since watermelon is my current favorite, I want to do something like that. I found that nail design while browsing the internet for cute nail art designs. Right now I did floral stamping on my nails and I guess I’ll let a week pass before I change into that watermelon nail art.
I will have that design on my nails for a longer period I think, and it is to remind me that all I gotta do is stuff my mouth with watermelon whenever I am hungry. That is what I am doing right now and it works.

I first saw this stuff when I went to a salon in Makati. I was too shy to ask where they bought it. I searched high and low, I didn’t find it. When my sister-in-law invited me to go with her to this hair and makeup competition at World Trade Center, that’s where I finally saw it. I was excited. I picked it up and was ready to purchase it when my SIL whispered, “Don’t buy it, I have an extra at home and will give it to you.” Dang, all this time she had it and she left me salivating, wanting to have it. Oh if you are not familiar with it, it’s an acetone dispenser. Not the usual dispenser though. You need not put the bottle upside down to be able to wet your cotton, all you need to do is press a bit and voila your cotton is already wet. I think I am already complete with my nail stuff, nothing to want anymore. Oopsie, I think I still need more nail polish.

The last time I had nail art was a month ago. A christmas(sy) one. Then I went plain because that kind of blue I had was too beautiful and I didn’t like to ruin it. Anyway, I saw this design in one of the live updates in Facebook. I said to myself, hhhmm I’m gonna copy it. Next time I will not use silver as the base, I should have stuck with french manicure then made some zebra lines on the tips.

Nah, I am not addicted at all! I just love to stare at them. Ahem! Seriously I just can’t get enough of bottles and bottles of nail polish. Good thing they are not really that expensive, they are dirt cheap! Most of them cost only P10 (20 cents), small bottles though but still. As you can see, I almost have all the colors. What’s next to it? Nail art of course! Yep I do my own nail art, a bit messy when it comes to my right fingers but I’m improving.
That’s my bluer than blue version. It’s a random design that I thought of, I wish I was more artistic and not copy designs from my nail art book. But meantime, lemme just be a copycat!
