She submitted her entry in September 2008, and yesterday something came in the mail. We were all excited, but we couldn’t open the packet, since it was addressed to my daughter who was still at school that time. We made all sorts of guesses, mine was partly correct. I know it has got to do with her writing skills, and I was right. Pardon me if I brag, I’m just a happy Momma. Read the rest of the entry here. Haha I’m just promoting my new baby.

My daughter is really addicted to books. She’d rather buy a book than buy something to eat. Haha, she lets me take care of her food that is. She’d buy like 4 books in just one visit to the bookstore, and she’ll finish it in 4 days too. Sometimes I really wonder if she still sleeps.
There are times that the titles she’s looking for are not available at the bookshops we go to. What she does is look for it online. We haven’t really tried buying online yet, but I see that it’s coming. There’s this title she’s been dying to have and it’s not available here yet. Maybe I will consider ordering it online. Hopefully we get a discount because normally buying books online is way cheaper than getting it from the bookshop.
