My son has a cousin who plays the drum very well. We have not actually seen him perform yet, but according to those people who have witnessed him play, he is really good, and he’s just about 8 or 9 years old. I’m just guessing here, I have a feeling that when my son sees him play, I bet he too will be interested. How I wish I live in the US so I can avail of the discount shopping for musical instruments from Musicians Friend, Guitar Center and Music 123. How I wish indeed, but we are talking about a drum set here. Hmmm, I’m not that sad really because I found some great online deals from bestonlinecoupons.com, the same website that offers discount coupons from Musicians Friend. I will just email my sisters and they are going to get it for me. They send us a box regularly so there’s no problem with that. I was eyeing an item at Armani and good thing I found the online deal which I have been waiting for. You know how pricey Armani brand is, so I’m very lucky that I was able to find a great deal. There are a lot more items I want, so I’m jumping with joy everytime I discover online deals. Take for example this Saks Fifth Avenue Coupons which I can use. Just between you and me, I really can’t afford shopping at Saks, but when you get these kind of deals, it’s so impossible not to shop for an item or two. Haha, seems like I can’t get enough of these online deals. I found another one which of late is one of my favorite stores. Who can’t say no to American Eagle Online Deals? My oh my, seems like I have to work extra hours just to be able to buy everything that I want. If not for the coupons, I wouldn’t shop anyway.

I often call my sisters in the United States. That is my way of bonding with them, and some kind of updating on what’s going on in our lives. A few years back, I would often use my mobile phone to call them. Every time my phone bill arrives, I would always cringe at the thought on how I can settle the bill. Good thing there are cheap calling cards that I can try now, and they are instantly available over the internet. Why would I use my mobile phone or our landline to call, when I can save 80 percent when I use these calling cards. There’s also another reason why I opt to use these calling cards, it does not only allow me to save, but our conversations are very clear, it’s like my sisters are only a few feet away. Many of us sometimes doubt when we come across cheap calling cards. It’s always at the back of our minds that the voice quality is not good. But with the kind of technology we have nowadays, nothing is impossible anymore.

I think I’ve already mentioned it here in one of my posts. We like our vehicles to have a distinct look, what we call the VEE look. Something that would identify our vehicles to us. It’s like when they see it cruising the streets, one would say something like, “oh I know who owns that car”. Part of that distinct look would be installing a stainless steel fender trim. Not only will it make your vehicle look nice and sporty, it will provide protection from mud, dirt, gravel and salt. You will no longer have minute scratches on your cars, which can sometimes lead to a bigger damage.

A few years back, I was really a great spender. I think it goes with age. I was young and really didn’t think much. Not that I spent every single penny I can get hold of, but it was more like I was not wise enough on my decisions.

A distant relative is putting up her own business and she is almost done with the paperwork. In a couple of days, she will be attending to the space she has rented and convert it to her office. This is very timely that I came across this website that sells office furniture. When we were still in the planning stage of building our house, my husband has already thought of having a home theater. Listening to his big dream, I was convinced that indeed we needed a home theater. If you ask me, yes the room is there, but we just didn’t have the budget to go on with it. Like right now, it was converted into a storage room =( But I’m not losing hope at all, I know one day this dream of ours will materialize. For now, I will just have to collect ideas on how to make it into the best home theater. That is the dress I bought at 168 Mall today. Isn’t it pretty? It’s made of silk material and the print is just lovely. The colors I love to. And it goes with the peep toe I got from my sister! Hmmmm, what bag should I wear with this? Wahoo, I have something to wear on our next wedding coverage! Wait just between you and me, I paid only 550 pesos ($12) for that dress, what a bargain!

Back at my parents’ house, we have a small storage room which we converted into a bedroom. My parents then thought that it would be better to put a bunk bed because of the small space. I remember wanting to sleep in that room because of the bed, I was fascinated with it, I even fought with my brother on who can stay on the second level. Ahhhh those were the days. I know how expensive it can get when you have Diabetes. My dad had diabetes and we really spent a lot of money for all his diabetic supplies. Did you know that in 2005, 1.5 million new cases of diabetes were diagnosed in the United States, and what’s sad, a great number of them don’t have insurance. As I’ve told you earlier, it’s really expensive to maintain or manage a person with diabetes. But here’s a good news I’m going to share with all of you.
