Wow! It looks stylish! I want one of that! I bet it would look good in my car. I am talking about a car accesory, which to me at first was just mere decoration, to make my car look cool. Sorry but I am a girl, and sometimes there are things that I don’t know especially when it comes to cars. Well that was before, now I know a bit already. Let me ask you, what are wind deflectors to you? I’m asking the girls first. Common answer would be something like what I had in mind, well except for some probably. But yes, now I know why owners put deflectors. Mine was a window deflector, was because I don’t have it in my car right now. I had it in my previous car and it really looked stylish. Little did I know that there are reasons why the husband decided to put it. For one, it can minimize fogging especially on rainy days. You open the window a bit and notice that no water is going inside, it works like a shield or something. It also helps with air circulation, or when you need fresh air. When you have a wind deflector you don’t get the feeling that you are being blown away. You can open your window anytime and enjoy the air especially when it’s not too hot like probably spring time.

I’d say it’s a must to have car insurance for all car owners. I know you’d say I don’t need it since I drive carefully. I used to think that way too until I was in the streets driving. You can never be sure of your safety once you are out there. I found out that there are a lot of crazy drivers. Some even drive under the influence of alcohol. I know it’s crazy but there are a lot of irresponsible drivers. What if you come across them? So it’s better to have car insurance so that when something happens, at least there’s your insurance to take care of the damage done.

Who wants to have a new car but couldn’t afford to buy a new one? Did you know that there are a lot of used cars that are still in very good condition? Some are even slightly used, with only a low mileage, liked this used ford expedition. That is one of my dream cars. Hubby used to tell all of us, it’s safer to have big cars. And since I have a compact vehicle, the next time I plan to buy, I will definitely buy a big vehicle. I don’t really mind owning a second hand vehicle as long as it is in very good condition. I can use the money saved for some other things, like perhaps dressing up the car? Hehe, I know it does not sound that good. Instead of using the money for some other important things, here I am talking about dressing up the car. Anyways, I found a very good site that sells both new and used vehicles. I think you all know by now how N is really very particular about our vehicles. He really sees to it that it’s clean not only on the outside but the inside as well. He has trained our driver to have an eye for cleanliness. He always reminds our driver to clean both the exterior and the interior of the vehicles. He used to bring our vehicles to an auto detailing shop every once in a while because sometimes he is not that satisfied on how the driver cleans it. But you see it’s really expensive to bring our cars to the shop, so he thought of buying auto care products. He says that it’s a matter of teaching our driver how to use it.

Our pickup truck will be sent to the shop for a major repair anytime soon. It will be restored to what it used to be before it was used to carry heavy loads for the construction work of my FIL. It used to be really nice, one that can compete for an auto show. Now hubby will try to bring back how it looked like. First would be a full body painting, a few minor repairs on some parts, after which it will look as good as new. Hubby says that instead of me using my Jimny, it would be better for me to use the pickup truck now. He’s like thinking of my protection more than anything else. My next step would be to buy car covers for the pickup and Jimny. I see the need now ever since we moved to this house. The house where we are staying now is located near the highway. And since it is a very busy road, I noticed that the dust accumulated in our cars has doubled. I need a dustop cover to protect the paint of the cars. I hate to see scratches and hubby is really very particular about that too. Our driver already developed this habit of telling him about the scratches that he sees after he has cleaned all the cars. I think it’s the dustop that I need since our garage is covered.

At first I really didn’t like the idea of having car covers. It’s like I’d laugh and even tease somebody who put covers on their cars. Now I know their reasons why they use car covers. It protects the car from dust, scratches, fading, and even UV rays coming from the sun. One of the best car covers in the market can be found at bigskycarcovers.com. I think I’ve already mentioned it here in one of my posts. We like our vehicles to have a distinct look, what we call the VEE look. Something that would identify our vehicles to us. It’s like when they see it cruising the streets, one would say something like, “oh I know who owns that car”. Part of that distinct look would be installing a stainless steel fender trim. Not only will it make your vehicle look nice and sporty, it will provide protection from mud, dirt, gravel and salt. You will no longer have minute scratches on your cars, which can sometimes lead to a bigger damage.
