If you notice, I don’t have anything hanging on walls of our house. I admit that I am quite sad by this. The house would look more beautiful and homey if there are paintings hanging on the walls. I’ve already talked to my husband about it, but until now I still don’t have his go signal to purchase even one painting. There’s this painting I soooo love at Park West Art Gallery. It’s really beautiful and looks like it was custom made for our house. I hope this time when I mention it to hubby I will get his approval. I wonder if my convincing skill still works on him. Ah, maybe more charm is needed to have a thumbs up from him.

Have you heard about Segmation - The Art of Pieceful Imaging? This is actually the first time that I came across it and I find it interesting. The coloring experience is enjoyable for all ages. You don’t need to use a pen or a brush or crayons to do it, but you paint-by-number. Intriguing right? You need not be artistic nor does it require technical ability. But this I tell you, after finishing a project, you’ll discover your artistic side. You will learn how to appreciate different shades of colors. Wait until you see their patterns, it’s awesome, I even want to start my own project. Paint by Numbers for the Digital Age is the in thing right now. A lot are already enjoying doing their projects. I look at it as a form of relaxation. Once you start doing your project, you don’t feel like stopping because you already want to find out the outcome of the project. Check out the Pattern Sets for SegPlayPC, I know you are already excited to start your very first project. Oh you can also paint-by-number for free. Just go to segmation.com/SegPlayChoose.asp, enjoy! Please let me know once you’re done and if you can probably show me your first project, I’d appreciate it. Maybe I can show you mine too!

I am one person who enjoys tampering with photographs, of course only with the photographs I take. I find it cute and interesting to be playing with images. It gets challenging sometimes, and if I am able to come up with a unique art work, I get his certain kind of high. Of course all these I can do with the different software I have installed in my laptop. Recently, I found a very interesting site that lets me play with my photos again. It’s called The Bubblenator. I can add funny dialogues to my pictures, and I can even turn it into something like a comic strip. It’s really fun and easy to use. All you need to do is load the images and you can start adding up to three bubbles per picture. And once you are done, you will be provided with the html code and you can now start using the captioned image. You can put it in your blog, your website, or anywhere in the web where you are allowed to post. Easy isn’t it? Let your pictures do the talking. Oopps, before I forget, I have some pictures waiting to be captioned, I already have some ideas in mind on what to put, and these are really funny dialogues. I wish I can share it with you. Hmm, let me see, oh yeah, maybe I can.

I know I’m weird, but did you know that part of my wish list is to have a tattoo? I’ve been convincing N to allow me to have one ^_^. I think my convincing power is not working on him just yet, and I have to work double time on it before it’s too late. Haha, you know what I mean. I’ve picked designs that I liked already, and one of it can be found in these selection of Star Tattoos . It’s kinda subtle, something simple, so I think if I’ll show it to N he will give his go signal after all.

I find reggae music cool, it’s fun and I love the beat it gives. It’s kinda carefree and I can listen to it again and again, I can even dance to the beat! And this what I did the whole time I was in front of my laptop. You see I came across unsigned.com, and they have quite a number of reggae artists. I tried to listen to all the featured artists, and I pretty much enjoyed. In fact I’m still listening to it while doing this entry. I enjoyed listening to different genres, acoustic and R&B being a favorite. These unsigned artists are pretty good huh, and can compete with popular singers who already have records to their names.
What I actually like with unsigned.com is that they give aspiring singers the chance to be heard globally. All they need to do is register and upload their songs and it’s for free. Isn’t this cool? Imagine you get other people to listen to you music and you even have a chance to earn and it’s all for free. So calling all independent solo, duet and trio artist, and also independent bands, now is your chance to be heard, not only by people you know, but people worldwide. Let them discover your music, your talent and your beautiful singing voice, who knows this will be your road to fame!

This is the work of Josh. He always tells me, it’s better to get zero than make something that looks like a grade one work! I keep on telling him that it’s pretty, but he does not believe me. It’s always at the back of his mind what the teacher often tells her students, “grade one work!” I already spoke with the teacher about this during the PTC, and she says she knows how to handle Josh now. My son is quite a perfectionist, so he gets frustrated when somebody has a “bad” comment on his work.
What do you think about his work? That’s his interpretation of the Boracay Sunset…although he hasn’t been there yet!
