FIL’s Machang

That’s my FIL’s version of Machang. He is 93 years old and he still cooks it. Nothing in the taste changed, it’s still the same yummy machang. To me he makes the best machang and hopefully I’ll get him to teach me or better yet I should be present when he cooks it so that I’ll see how he makes it. Yeah, one of these days I will ask him to teach me. Machang is one of my son’s fave so I need to learn how to do it. Hopefully it would taste the same as my FIL’s version. I actually do not know what it’s made of, but I thing he used sticky rice and placed pork, chicken, liver and gizzard.
