Cigar or Cigarette?

My cousin-in-law was advised to quit smoking. Since it is so hard for him to do so, he shifted to cigars. I wonder if he was able to taste Black and Mild already. I have to ask him when I see him since this one should be mild, well based on the name though. Although cigar is not really an alternative to cigarette, but I guess this is less harmful. Correct me if I am wrong on this, this is just my opinion. I haven’t done any research on this, it just popped up out of nowhere.
