Pain…Please Go Away

I feel something on my right lower back. The pain is bearable but I am alarmed. It’s the first time that I felt this kind of pain. It’s nothing like the back pains I felt before. It comes and goes, not really sure of the intervals. Hopefully it goes away tomorrow. I am actually scared, I don’t want to find out that I am sick or anything. I hope I just got this from too much aerobics. I’ll observe the pain for a day or two and if it does not go away, I think I will have to go see the doctor.
