No Internet Equals Creativity

Posted by girlie on August 1, 2010

Photobucket I woke up without internet connection yesterday. It was hard to get through PLDT’s customer service but I was able to go through 15 minutes later. Yeah you have to stay on the line for about that time and just listen to the automated voice telling you to stay on the line. Haller, like I’m gonna put the phone down, of course not! Internet is important to this household. Would you like to know how important it is? I bought a separate SUN Wireless Broadband so that we have something to use in case DSL isn’t working.

Anyway, since there was no internet the whole day, I spent time doing my beaded accessories. All the bracelets I made were sold already and I have some orders. I need to hurry on this so I can send some to the US too. My sister has been asking me to sell there too, so maybe I will when I come up with plenty of designs. So far so good, everyone is loving it.

    Hmmm….
I thought my place is the only one having internet problem. I too sometimes cannot do my online job for hours. *sigh*

Your creations look lovely! Good thing you were able to be productive while without Internet service. :)

Do you post your creations online? I’d be interested to take a peek.

Z, we don’t have too many internet service providers here, so we are at their mercy. all we do is wait til it’s up, sad right?

@Vera: Here’s my multiply account. Haven’t updated it though, but more or less you have a sneak preview =)

    Same with me Girlie.
My only option is Celcom. When the internet is very slow, I can only wait while watch TV.

Great creations Ms. Girlie. I think, its a good thing to do during “offline” moments. At least, you are doing something productive and creative.
