Elegant Bedding for My Kids

I got married at age 26. I wanted to have a baby right away. I remember being surrounded by babies all my life, not mine but our neighbors’ babies. We would “borrow” them, and sometimes they spend more hours with us. I remember really being fond of babies. I know how to handle them when they cry. They feel comfortable in my arms and most of the time they fall asleep. This is probably the reason why I wanted to have my own baby. I wasn’t like any other bride who planned to have a baby after say 3-5 years of being married. They say that they like to enjoy the company of the husband first because it was totally different having a baby right away. I can understand them but this is me, I want a baby right away. I got pregnant after four months of being married. When I learned that I was pregnant, I got so excited. I wanted a baby girl. I was imagining how I would dress her up. I even thought of how I was going to fix her room. I saw this baby bedding and I immediately had in mind how I wanted her room to look like. I wanted to transform her room into something that would look like a princess’ room, and the bedding I saw would do just that. We had her crib custom made and the crib bedding I picked transformed it to something very simple yet elegant. I was the one who would shop for her bedding simply because I want it to be beautiful. While doing it, I would also start scouting for kids bedding so that when she turns a little bigger I have my stock already. When I find something that I want, I would buy it too. Same thing happened with my second child, a boy this time. But I was very careful with choosing stuff for him. I don’t want to turn his bedroom to something that would look like a girl’s bedroom. These are just a few of my experiences being a mother and I always love looking back and reminiscing.
