Aanhin ang mga knitting needles na yan kung hindi mahusay ang nagmamay-ari nyan (ahem). Oo may tinatago akong husay sa pag knit kasi sa youtube lang naman ako natuto at ito ay hit and miss. Tutorials here and there ang drama ko kapat di ko alam gawin ang mga stitches. Hanggang ngayon naman ganun pa rin ang drama ko. Sana pagdating ng panahon, lalo akong huhusay, yung tipong di ko na kelangan panoorin ang mga vids para magawa ko ang certain stitch na required. Haha may tagong husay nga naman ba? Eh bakit nangangailangan ng kodigo?

Ever since I remember, it has been my dream to have a little garden when I build my own house. Sadly that dream didn’t come to reality, but you can never tell. I don’t think that will happen anytime soon since we don’t really have enough space to put up a garden. It can probably happen when we build our “retirement” home. This time I’ll see to it that I will have a beautiful garden filled with all these flowers. I can imagine how I will go gaga when all these flowers are in bloom. You very well know that flowers are my favorite subject when it comes to photography. I don’t think I will ever get tired of taking photos of flowers. I remember doing that every Sunday over at my Mom’s house when she used to have all these beautiful flowers. My sister used to send her seeds, seeds that she thinks will grow here. True enough it did and it just made my Mom’s garden beautiful.
Now going back to having a beautiful garden, once in a while we talk about wanting to retire in a much cooler place. We just want a smaller house this time, in a bigger lot. I want to have a flower garden and a vegetable garden. I want to have a big lawn where the dogs can run, and the grandchildren can play. Haha I am funny, I talk like I’m going to have grandchildren anytime soon. Naaaahhh, my eldest is just 16, too early to be a Mom. Ha, I guess I have to stop talking now, my imagination has gone wild.

I wonder if this friend of mine is already updated when it comes to the insurance business. She has always been noted as a top broker for how many years already. I don’t know if her secret to staying on top is insurance advertising. There is nothing wrong with this, in fact if I was in the insurance business, I too will dwell on that. If it’s a better way to improve on the sales then why not. Today we should think of ways and means on how to go about our businesses. The competition out there is tough so thinking of a better idea is not bad after all.

That’s what I had for snacks this afternoon while the other had a bowl of fruit salad. Yeah I am bitter, because I try hard to lose some unwanted pounds. For the first time I checked the number of calories of what I ate, and it said 85. I was like oh no! I spent 1 hour using wii fit and burned something like 208 calories, and a cup of oranges is already 85? From now on I will stop counting. I will just enjoy my fitness routine and I wish I can say enjoy my food too, but nah thank you!

I promised not to hurt myself anymore. Yeah you learn your lesson the hard way. You can’t blame me, I was just super excited to get my stuff. I am talking about some shopping. It’s normally being delivered in a box. And what do you know, knife comes in. I should have ordered this box cutter together with the stuff I asked someone to buy for me. Darn! How barbaric, opening a box with a kitchen knife. It’s like eeewww. Oh never mind, next time around those knives won’t be anywhere near the box.

It’s the election season here in our country. A lot of stuff are being given away, some useful, most are not. How I wish that instead of giving out something that can’t be use, someone would think of giving away these promotional hand sanitizers instead. It promotes health and wellness. These should be the kind of stuff to be given away, and not something that goes to the bin. I might as well suggest this to a relative who is running for a national post.

At ako naman na palaki at palaki rin ang nakinabang sa shorts na iyan. kung ako ay dating size 0, ngayong ay hamak na size 6 lang naman, ang baboy ko na di ba? Who? I am not saying. It’s one of her frustrations I tell yah. But, but she has grown since the last time, but not noticeable enough. Are you like me? I mean before I buy products that I haven’t used or if it’s basically new to me, I go out of my way to look for reviews made on the product. I have to know what people say and by that I won’t commit a “mistake” of buying something and eventually it would save me money.
If you notice staying fit is getting to be a big thing. People resort to just anything in order to have the desired weight they have been dreaming of. Most of us would resort to diet pills and exercise. Maybe you might like to take a peek at this lipozene reviews first before deciding on which pill you want to use. Ha! Sure I haven’t stopped playing FB games, but there’s just like 3 games compared to 6 or 7 I used to play. I don’t know but I can’t let go of the 3 remaining games that I love to play. It’s a stress buster for me. I feel relaxed and happy playing those games, but my life does not depend on it if you care to know It’s the creative juice I am after. It makes me happy seeing my cafe so pretty, my farm so organized, and my pet so cute in her new outfit. I admit it takes so much of my time so I am learning to just put a few hours on it, and not on a 24/7 basis.

People are getting conscious of their health nowadays and I am one of them. I know I have really abused my health by not eating the right food, not exercising at all and worst smoking. But I am glad to report to you that I had progress with with the 3 already. I am now aware of the right foods to eat, but I still search for diets that work because I am on the heavy side now. It’s actually my first to go over 110 lbs. I do my exercise 3x a week and soon it’s going to be everyday because I already bought my Wii Fit Plus for days that I don’t go to my aerobics class. I’ve been smoke free for more than a year already and praise God that I was able to do all these.

My father was sick for a very long time. I remember he had his first major stroke the year I was married. I really cried a lot because it was just too painful for me to bear. I was pregnant with my first child at that time and they would ask me not to cry too much. Part of Dad being sick is his need for incontinence products. It was really needed. I think he used it for something like 4 years. Mom really took good care of him. It was then I realized and wished that once day I will be like Mom and her dedication to my Dad.

That was what she asked for when she came home from her 4 day retreat. Apparently she was starved and needed her comfort food. Funny how she was sending me SMS that she misses my cooking already and she does not like what was served to them since day one. So as requested, we went straight to Mall of Asia after we fetched her from school, and yes we gave her what she asked for. It was a great bonding moment for the family.

There was a time I was considering having dental implants. That’s actually one of my insecurities, my teeth. I wish it was perfect, I wish it was pearly white and I wish it was good enough to be chosen to appear in a toothpaste commercial. My search for pearly white perfect teeth led me to Orange NJ dental implants. That’s how exactly I want my set of teeth to be. I does not look fake at all. You wouldn’t even notice that their clients have implants.

Ish has been requesting that she’d be allowed to learn how to drive already. She’s already 16 and she can now apply for a student permit. Funny how her Dad reminded me to have my car insured. Yeah right now it isn’t, but I am scouting for an auto insurance already. The hubs is right after all. It’s really right to have my car insured so that when anything happens we won’t be the ones shouldering all of the repair expense.

I really like the fact that almost everything is now available in the internet. It really saves a lot time rather than going to the offices even just to inquire. What I like most too is that right there and then I could compare and study. There’s one thing I envy when it comes to Oklahoma and I wish it was also readily available to where I live. I’m talking about this Oklahoma City lawyer who has his own website. I wish our lawyers here would also start building their websites so that they would be within reach to some prospective clients.

I finally got my SOA (Statement of Account) and made the payment yesterday. It took so long for the files to upload, even the payment took so long. I asked the teller how much he can process for a day and he said about 30 only. Can you imagine that? This is because their system is so slow. I even suggested that since taxpayers double yearly they should have anticipated it and had an upgrade in their system. Still sucks big time…I am asked again to come back to claim my business permit on the 17th. I think it would be wise if I go back a week after it’s due to be released. I have a strong hunch that it won’t come out as scheduled.

I’ll be going to Manila City Hall again this afternoon. I’ve been asked to come back for my Statement of Account about 4 times already. They gave me a number to call to inquire if it’s out already but it’s real hard getting through. I will again attempt to go there this afternoon and hopefully it would be out by then so I can get our Business Permit. There are probably too many business owners in the City of Manila, or probably I didn’t bribe the people there so it took me forever to get my permit. I applied on the 14th of January and what are we now, February 8? They moved the deadline to February 26, after which a fine would be added for late filers.

I was hesitant to go when I got invited to attend the Johnson’s Baby Bedtime event. I told the organizers that all my kids are grown up already. Actually I wanted very much to attend, but then again at the back of my mind I was like what am I gonna do there? I’m too young to have grandchildren so I won’t be able to apply what I’ve learned. But I’m happy that I did, I learned a lot of things.
I am a hands on Mom, and I am surprised that there were a lot of things I missed out. I probably did it my way which thank God was effective. I didn’t find it hard taking care of my 2 precious kids probably because I had a very able nanny. But if I could turn back the hands of time, I would follow strictly a bedtime routine for the kids. It would not only benefit them but the Moms as well.
Sleep is very important for the baby because it is during this time that they are more receptive to growth. Mommies out there, hear me! This is what I learned! Every baby should have a sleep routine if you want them to have a sound sleep. Mind you, you should be consistent in implementing this, otherwise your effort would be in vain. Start off with a warm bath and please make it quick. I think you already know what will happen if you don’t. It’s night time remember? Avoid doing things that would perk up the baby otherwise he would think that it’s play time. Set the mood in other words and make him remember that it’s bed time. You can play soft music that will make him settle down. After the warm bath, you can give the baby a soothing massage. I’ve always believed in touch therapy. Aside from the fact that it contributes to the growth of the baby, it makes the baby feel loved. Here are the different massage techniques you can give the babies. Now after the massage is some quiet time with the baby. It can be a lullaby, or you can read to her a bedtime story book. There’s nothing more soothing than hearing a mother’s voice.

The last time I had nail art was a month ago. A christmas(sy) one. Then I went plain because that kind of blue I had was too beautiful and I didn’t like to ruin it. Anyway, I saw this design in one of the live updates in Facebook. I said to myself, hhhmm I’m gonna copy it. Next time I will not use silver as the base, I should have stuck with french manicure then made some zebra lines on the tips.
