Attended aerobics class last night. To my surprise I was able to catch up with the routine. I can now blend with the other students. I was really slow before, my feet entangled coz I can’t do it. I was slow. But after 7 sessions, woohoo I did it! I’m more in love with aerobics now. I made friends too!

I did aerobics 3 times this week. That was MWF. I like the instructors during these days. I’m thinking of attending aerobics classes 3 times a week now since I’m starting to love it. Initially I only paid for 9 sessions but I’m thinking of getting 12 the next time I pay.
I noticed though that the pain did not go away. My body’s still sore from that 3 day workout. I think one factor contributing to the pain I’m not that mobile when seated in front of the computer. This is no good I noticed. I now want to limit my time doing Facebook, playing FB games included. I can’t totally give it up right now. I enjoy the company of my cyber friends. I also want to knit some more and I want to go back to sewing curtains.

Is your house insured? Ours isn’t. Nah I am not proud of it. I should know my responsibilities. We used to insure it, but then I really don’t know what happened. Probably we got tired paying the premium. It’s no joke as it left a big hole in our pockets. I see the need for an insurance. I know the importance of it. I need to discuss it with Mr. N though and have this home insurance approved by him. I think it wouldn’t be hard for him to say yes with the proper explanation and all. I hope this decision is not too late.

My sister has really been stressed out lately. That is because she is moving to a new place. I can say that she did the move all by herself literally. Well my other sister lives near her place but she has work to attend to. So basically it’s just my sister. Now I really don’t know if she remembered changing the furnace filter in her new home. She mentioned it to me when I called her a couple of weeks back. I think the former owner has not been using the furnace so I think it needs some attention. Will check if she did since it gets really cold during this time.
I wish to visit her someday in her new house. When I was there in 2005, I stayed with her but at her apartment. She wasn’t a homeowner just yet. I am really excited for her now, I know she has lots and lots of plans on how to make her house even more beautiful.

I bought that at 50% off, what a steal! I need something like that for my aerobics class. That is actually made for tennis, but I guess that will do at the moment and that’s what I can afford. Will I save up for another one? I don’t think so. I used it twice already and it feels comfortable. As long as I’m comfortable with it why bother getting a newer style. If I had lots of moolah then I would, but then again I should start learning how to spend wisely.

I don’t have any life insurance. But I am looking into getting one. What made me decide? It made me realize that I don’t have anything for the kids when I’m gone. If this is the only way I can leave them something when anything happens to me, then I’d do it. I’m looking into this life insurance quote but I’m not really that decided yet whether this is apt for me or not. Good thing I can take a look at other quotes and compare, really internet has made our tasks easier.

To my knowledge, we still didn’t have computers in my younger years. I call my younger years my acne years. Yep I had that problem and it’s just awful. I was a frontliner (a bank teller) and my face was just disgusting. I wish I was aware of what meds to use or I wish I have read an acne product review so I’ll have an idea on what medicine to put. But no, as I’ve said there was no internet yet at that time. Maybe there was but it was not yet introduced to the public.

Trojan infected! My anti-virus is not up to date, I cancelled the update coz it was only for 30 days after which you need to pay the subscription. I reinstalled my anti-virus. Computer is now more prone to virus. The kid clicked accept! So there you go, trojan attack! I didn’t have computer computer for a day then I requested a friend to reformat it. Good thing he didn’t have work that day, if not I don’t know. I had 16 jobs to finish, what will I do without a computer. Everyone else is using theirs and they wouldn’t even lend me. I tried resurrecting Josh’s laptop, it worked but it was too slow for my liking. Now I have windows 7 installed. So far I’m loving it. I can’t explain the difference but I can say that I like it more than the previous Vista installed.

My FIL is very familiar with the construction business. I can say that he is a contractor although he builds buildings only for the family. He’s built many houses and apartments already and he always sees to it that it’s above par. You know how it is when you hire a “commercial” contractor. Rumor has it that they normally construct buildings below par because they are thinking only of the profit they are going to make. Anyway let’s go back to this so called business of my FIL. He’s been building houses for the last 40 years and I can say that he’s always considerered the welfare of his workers. Safety is always his priority that’s why he really invested in these safety products. To this date, no accidents has happened. It really pays to have all the things needed in the construction business especially when it works around the safety of the people.

When I found out I was pregnant with my first child I was so happy. There were a lot of wonderful things in my mind, all for my child. I never missed going to my doctor every month and I always saw to it that I took my prenatal vitamins. This is really very important as it helps the baby develop. I live in a third world country that not all pregnant women can afford to buy vitamins. It’s just sad that when babies are born they are malnourished. You can really see the big difference. So for all you pregnant women, take whatever is necessary for the growth of the baby in your womb.

I want to finish reading the Bible in a year. I’ve attempted quite a few times but failed on the first month. I was doing good this year until something came up. But I know that that something should not stand in the way since I do have lots of time to read. I have to teach myself to limit computer use especially Facebook. This is quite a struggle because honestly I found solace playing FB games when I was at the height of my problem. It actually helped me forget and move on. But I acknowledge that the main reason why I was able to get through my problem is because I have a big God and I have big faith in Him. I will need to catch up with my Bible reading, I think I am 2 weeks behind, with God’s help I will make it through!

I was doing good with the treadmill for a while until I got really disappointed that nothing was happening to my body. I didn’t even lose weight even if I run like 1 hour every other day. I do a little exercise in between too. Now I have enrolled myself to aerobics, hope it does good. If not maybe I’ll consider this quick trim diet. They say that it’s more effective if you combine exercise with diet. I think so too, but you see I’m still working on the diet part. Hopefully in time I can do both. It’s for my own good I know, and it’s for your own good too. Why don’t you start with a fitness regimen today? I’m sure that is part of your New Year’s resolution.

Do you know what’s common among all of us in the family? Blackheads! This is one of the reasons why we go to the dermatologist once a month. It’s annoying having it especially when you touch your nose and you feel that it’s a little rough. Since this is a problem that does not go away, I have to find ways and means for us to be able to save, you know how it is to go to the dermatologist once a month and there’s actually four of us. Good thing I was able to look for a remedy which can be found at http://www.blackheadextractors.org. It might help me with my problem who knows.

It’s the time of the year once again. I’m talking about renewals of business permits, payment of real property taxes (with 20% discount), securing Barangay Clearance, SSS Clearance, BIR payments, etc. I was able to start taking care of all these only yesterday since I was in a more important duty prior to this. Again I was able to do a sidetrip to the mall since Manila City Hall is just across SM Manila. I was able to get some good deals (I mostly purchase branded items when on sale) like 50% off for a Nike running shoes which I will use for my aerobic thingy. I got a shirt from Esprit too also for the fitness thingy. I was able to get a shirt from Bench using only my loyalty card, yay! Now that’s what you call business with pleasure!

I have learned that more and more people are suffering from colon cancer. It is now included in the top 5 most common form of cancer that claim thousands of lives. I have started reading about it so as to avoid having it in the future. I still believe that we can prevent this from happening especially if we are aware of the things to do to avoid it. Part of it is cleansing of the colon which can be done by detox. There are different products available in the market today and maybe you can take a look at some reviews including the colonix review. You have to see for yourself what really is the effective one.

Acccckkkk! Fine lines! What’s next? Wrinkles! I know it’s inevitable but not so soon please? Haha that is the plea of every girl I think, well someone vain though. Sometimes I do think of that too coz you know why? I’m only partially vain. I can say I am not that scared too because I found the best remedy, I have the list of the best face creams in town. How did I know? I am an internet junkie remember? Of course I found the list online. I am not at all surprised since everything can be found in the internet nowadays.

Many of you probably know that I quit belly dancing in June. For some personal reasons, I couldn’t get myself to attend my most fave fitness thingy. Now you know why I put on weight. I think part of it is because I didn’t do any fitness routine. Gone are those days now. I finally took the initiative to enroll myself in the gym doing aerobic exercises. On Wednesdays, we do Hi Lo and Hip Hop, on Fridays we do Hi Lo and Dance with a bit of yin yoga. I’m still not decided whether I enroll in the unlimited program next month.

Are you still one of those who uses the super duper old cash registers? The ones that gives a different ding sound whenever the keys are pressed? My oh my, you are so behind and not only that, you waste a lot of time not having to do things at the same time. It’s time for you to get one of these POS Systems. You will be surprised on what these new electronic cash registers can do for you. Come on manual entries are so obsolete and you have more tendencies to commit mistakes. But with a POS system you can eliminate double entries, no more manual inventory tracking, and did you know that you can reduce operating costs thereby save on labor cost too. There’s actually more in addition to what I’ve mentioned. It’s about time you shift to the electronic one anyway we are already in the electronic age.

I have not been to Cancun, Mexico but based on all the beach photos I’ve seen online, that’s one place I want to visit someday. Of course when you like to visit a place someday the first thing you consider is if it is affordable. Funny that this won’t happen anytime soon for me, I mean visit the place, but I went ahead and checked if I can afford it. Guess what? I was surprised to find out that an all inclusive cancun vacation is pretty affordable. Woohoo one of my wishes can come true. I’m gonna go tell Ish, we both dream of going places. It would be nice to include it in our list of places to visit before we reach 50 oh make that 70 for me, haha.

I don’t know but sometimes I get bored playing FB games already. I don’t get excited playing Restaurant City in fact I just play it so that I can get the free ingredient for the day if I am able to guess. I do it for my friends so they can trade whatever ingredients they need to they can cook a particular dish.
Pet Society, for some reason I still get excited playing it simply because of the clothes that are coming out every Monday. I love to play dress up and making my pet a cutie. If you can only see my Smiley, she is always hip like me.
Initially those were the two games I played. Then I was introduced to farmtown, then farmville and the latest is cafe world. I still play it everyday, until when? That I really don’t know.

How many times have you lost files just because your computer died on you? I think it happened twice with me already. On both accounts I was not able to save anything. At that time I didn’t see the need for any online backup. I’ve learned my lesson well in case you want to know. Yes, I’ve signed up so I am not really worried if my computer crashes again.

I wrote in my other blog the reason why I wanted this color so bad. At the back of my mind I thought I will be able to get away with the color since I’m a bit on the fair side. According to my daughter Ish, you must be fair to be able to wear the color without looking weird. Ok, I’m fair so I can wear it without any problem, until I got a lot of nasty stares. Nope it didn’t end there. While browsing through the Greenhills tiangge, I overheard a girl say “Ay mukhang japoks.” Japoks is short for Japayuki. The common notion of a japayuki is a filipina who works in Japan in some club or something. I turned my back and started going towards her, she backed off with a scared look on her face. I was just holding myself not to slap her and of course I won’t stoop down to her level if you know what I mean. At least I can pass off as a japayuki, meaning I look good. But look at her, oh never mind, magkasala pako if I start describing how she looks like.

I’m sure most of you got what you wished for this Christmas. Others may have gotten it outright from Santa Claus on the eve of the 24th. I remember my own son wishing for a ps3 as birthday and Christmas present around 2 years ago. Of course the ever generous Santa (ahem) gave it to him. Now he is enjoying the console and once in a while we get to play too. It’s a great bonding time for the whole family whenever we are in front of the TV playing ps3 games.
