This came as a surprise, well I must admit I didn’t know that the cause of cerebral palsy of a child can be due to medical malpractice. I have often wondered what really causes it since I have a friend who has a sister who is suffering from cerebral palsy. I didn’t have the chance to ask her really. Now that I found out that it can be due to medical malpractice, let me share with you that there are medical and legal professionals who can help you evaluate the situation.
