Is it Legal or Illegal?

Is there such a thing as legal steroids? Sorry but I have always associated steroids as being illegal. Don’t blame me, because I always hear stories about athletes getting kicked out or strip of their winnings because of the use of steroids. Ah now I know that there is such a thing. I thank the web for opening my eyes on such things. Now that the hubs is talking steroids, I think I have to direct him to this website that has a list of legal steroids. But… I wonder really if he needs one.
