I bought this last Sunday at the Craft Store in Megamall. I was inspired by Jen to do crocheting again, but this time using yarn. I really envy her and her projects, I don’t think I can make such. For a start, I think I’m gonna make a table runner, just a simple one. I’ve been looking for some free patterns on the internet. I don’t even know if the size of the hook and the yarn is correct, whatever! I’ll give it a try and if I like it, maybe my next project will be an afghan. Haha, I wish!

You know, if you want to take up knitting as well, Dream Yarnshoppe is the place to go. I find that Craft World at Megamall is not stocked that well. Dream Yarnshoppe is in Glorietta 1. Sa tapat siya mismo nung ticketing center ng Glorietta 1 cinema. They have tons of yarn, and they’ve got flexible knitting needles. Meron din sila nung interchangeable knitting needles ng Boye. (but I wouldn’t buy it; the reviews about that set isn’t good)

I’ve never learned how to crochet. Back in school, we had a crocheting project but I wasn’t interested so my mom helped me finish my project. Buti nalang she helped so I got a good grade. Shhh! Ha ha!
I like that colorful yarn. Hope you enjoy making that table runner. Show us the finish product when you’re done.

@Jen - bakit ang layo ng shop na yan, I don’t really go to Makati that much, hhhmmmppp masadya nga isang araw. Teka hanap muna ako ng project, tapos list ko the things i need to buy, para this time tama na.
@Rach - ay crochet ang isa sa mga favorite kong gawin na school project dati.
