Just Enough Sunlight

Given the choice, I would rather put sheer Shades on the window in the living room. It’s so nice to look at, all you can see is the light being filtered leaving a soft silhouette. This is how I always like it, just silhouettes coming from the window. I don’t like having a dark living room and I don’t like having bright living room either. So these sheer shades really work well for me. I remember someone suggesting that I should be putting something behind the sheer curtain we have at home, I actually did but I didn’t like the effect. It’s as if I couldn’t breathe, so I had to remove it right there. How about you? Would you go for sheer shades or darkening shades?

I think the sheers would be more elegant. Shades help block people from looking in and are okay if you can’t afford curtains, but sheers are just prettier.
