My Darling Boy is Sick

I don’t know if it’s just coincidence, but it happens yearly. My darling boy gets sick a week before his big day. Today he called me at home asking if I could fetch him. He was running a fever and had a terrible headache. My poor little boy, if I can only be the one sick instead of him. Anyways, he asked me to cook his favorite arroz caldo (rice porridge). It’s a joy to see him eat, finishing a big bowl even if he was not feeling well. I wonder what he’ll ask me to cook next.

after his first bday, he was admitted to hospital and on his second birthday, he has a great fall.

Thanks everyone. I already brought him to his pedia, and she says everything is ok with him, no major infections, but only slight inflammation of the tonsils.
