I know a few people who are already using remote access for their businesses. This is one way of tracking and getting involved in their business even if they are not physically present. This is the best idea of keeping in touch with what’s happening in the office. It allows them to connect to their office computer from anywhere in the world. I have a friend who is visiting the Philippines now for an important matter, and how amazing that she can still do a little work on her spare time because their office in the US has remote access. This way she is still in touch, knowing everything that has to be taken cared of with her work even if she is miles and miles away. She can access all the files stored in the computer and she has even conducted a meeting with her staff. See how important it is to have remote access, even if you are far away from work, you will not be able to miss important decisions to make all because you are still connected with your business. You can even have important documents printed from your office computer if you need it for a business presentation. Now you can also take that much needed break without worrying what’s going on in your business. Your people can update you and best of all they can reach you anytime and you can reach them anytime too with an internet connection.
